Regarding e-mail addresses and mailing addresses

Everyone knows when they move, from one location to another, they change their mailing address.  This is a foregone conclusion.

And usually, if you move, you also change your e-mail address.

With those thoughts in mind, everyone should know that they need to let others know when they change their mailing addresses and their e-mail address.  Otherwise, people cannot make contact with them.

This is especially true for those of us working on the reunion committee.  With five (5) classes, and approximately 1500+ classmates, it is impossible for us to continually look for classmates when a reunion is upcoming.

If you DO NOT receive a flyer in the mail from us regarding an upcoming reunion, you can rest assured there is a good reason for it.  WE DON'T HAVE A MAILING ADDRESS FOR YOU.

And, if you DO NOT receive e-mail from us periodically, you can also rest assured there is a good reason for it.  WE DON'T HAVE AN e-MAIL  ADDRESS FOR YOU.

I try to send out an e-mail once a month throughout the year to check e-mail addresses, and I find that each month about 20% bounce back as undeliverable.  I also send out e-mail regarding classmates deaths, if I get the notice early enough that it isn't "old news".

If YOU are READING this and you have not received an e-mail from me in the past few months, it means that, pure and simple, you have Internet access, and I DO NOT HAVE YOUR E-MAIL ADDRESS

There IS a common remedy for this:

WHEN and IF you change either your e-mail address or mailing address, please let us know. 

I need your name (maiden if married) and the CLASS you were in (1959 to 1963) to update the records. 

I  am, like everyone else from the Classes of 1959 to 1963, OLD, to  old to remember 2000 names (married/maiden) and what classes they were in.
